Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your MyFirstBoo purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to request a return:
Email us at myhushpup19@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
